Eligibility and Prize Details:
Tickets to Beach Blanket Babylon will be drawn and awarded randomly from only newly registered carpoolers who sign up for the 511 RideMatch Service (between October 19-November 13, 2009) and complete a commute log that includes five (5) days of carpooling. Five (5) days of carpooling must occur between October 19 - November 30, 2009 to qualify. Tickets will be presented in pairs (two tickets) from 30 drawings through November, 2009. Winners will be notified by e-mail and telephone. Registering for 511 RideMatch Services does not guarantee a win. Tickets are redeemable for a Wednesday/Thursday at 8:00 p.m., or Friday night, 6:30 p.m. performance. No Exchanges, refunds or substitutions are allowed. Ticket winners must be 21 years of age. Tickets are valid October 21-November 12, 2009 and January 20-February 25, 2010.
New applicants can register online at 511.org—click Rideshare, or call 511 and say “Rideshare” for live assistance. Qualifying registrants must work within the nine county Bay Area region (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, or Sonoma counties). New registrants must currently be driving alone to work. Driving alone is defined as operating a motor vehicle to travel to work with no other adult passengers. Qualifying registrants may not be previous winners or registrants of Rideshare Rewards or Spin the Wheel. Commuters in vanpools are ineligible. Tickets will be mailed to participant within two (2) weeks after notification of winning.
Ticket winners will be an individual carpool member in a verifiable carpool. A contest winner is not defined as the entire carpool or any group of, or all carpool members, in a verifiable carpool. By accepting the prize, contest winner grants 511 Rideshare the right to use his/her name, photograph and likeness for public relations purposes. Tickets will be awarded while supplies last.
Participation Guidelines:
The 511 Regional Rideshare Program has the right to terminate this program with or without notice at any time for any reason. Transporting children to school or daycare does not qualify for the incentive. All information supplied by the participant shall be correct, current and complete. The 511 Regional Rideshare Program has the right to refuse applications and/or discontinue participation in the program, including the right to withhold the tickets, if we believe that the participant has failed to meet the eligibility or participation guidelines. We reserve the right to contact you, your carpool partner(s) and your office supervisor to verify the information provided. If a dispute arises regarding any aspect of the program, regarding interpretation of the rules, accuracy of the information, or eligibility to participate, the 511 Regional Rideshare Program will be the final decision maker regarding such a dispute and all decisions will be final.
